Chicken Curry




Chicken: 1 kg cut into chunks, Sliced onions: 3 (medium sized), Tomato sliced: 2 (medium sized), MTB Chicken Masala: 3 tbsp, Oil: 2 tbsp, Salt: To taste


Saute the onion in oil till it turns golden. Add chicken pieces and tomato slices. Saute for another two minutes. Add MTB Chicken Masala and salt to taste and mix well. Pressure cook for ten minutes. Garnish with coriander or curry leaves. To make it more pungent add few green chillies sliced lengthwise. As an option, you can also add coconut milk or paste.
