Vegetable Curry




Vegetables (Green Pea, Potato, Carrot. Cauliflower): 900g, Medium Sized Tomato Sliced: 2 Big onion sliced into Big Pieces: 2. Green Chilly Minced: 3. Milk of Hal of Coconut, Coconut Oil: 3 Tbsp,MTB Vegetable Masala Powder:  30 g, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Salt and Water: As required


Cook the vegetables. Heat oil, crackle mustard and saute curry leaves and onion till it turns brown. Add tomato and saute a little while longer. Add MTB Vegetable Masala and stir well. Add cooked vegetables and sufficient water and boil. When the gruel is nearly dry, add coconut milk and stir well. Remove from fire before boiling and serve hot.
