Dal: 1/4 cup, Diced assorted vegetables: 5 Cups, MTB Sambar Powder: 3 tbsp, Chopped Tomato: 1, Tamarind Water: As required, Salt: To taste, Oil: 1 tbsp, Red Chilly Whole: 2, Mustard Seeds: 5 pinches, Fenugreek Seeds: 2 pinches, Curry Leaves: 1 stalk


Cook dal. Add chopped vegetables to this and cook till half done. Add MTB Sambar Powder, tamarind water and salt and cook till done. Heat oil in a pan and crackle the mustard and fenugreek seeds. Add red chilly and curry leaves. Add the cooked vegetables to this and stir well.
