Tomato: 3 (medium sized), Water: 1/2 liter, Salt: to taste, MTB Rasam Powder: 1 1/2 tbsp, Oil: 1tbsp, For seasoning: Mustard Seeds (few pinches), Curry leaves: 1 stalk, Crushed garlic: 2-3 cloves
Add salt to water and cook the tomatoes till tender. Add MTB Rasam Powder. Boil well. Season with curry leaves, mustard and crushed garlic. Serve hot.
