Meat Curry




Meat: 1 kg, Tomato sliced: 1 (medium sized), Onions sliced: 3 (medium sized), MTB Meat Masala: 3 tbsp, Oil: 3tbsp, Salt: To taste


Saute the onions. Add tomatoes and meat. Saute for another two minutes. Add M.T.B Meat Masala and salt and mix well. Pressure cook for 30 minutes. Garnish with coriander or curry leaves. To make the dish more pungent add a few green chillies sliced lengthwise. As an option you can also add coconut milk or roasted coconut paste.
