Egg Roast




Boiled eggs: 5, Sliced onions: 3 (medium sized), Sliced tomato: 1 (medium sized), MTB Egg Masala: 1 1/2 tbsp, Oil: 1 & 1/2 tbsp,
Salt: To taste


Saute onion in oil till it turns golden. Add M.T.B. Egg Masala, tomato and salt. Saute well. Add the boiled eggs sliced lengthwise in half. Cook well. Garnish with coriander leaves or curry leaves. To make it more pungent add a few green chillies sliced lengthwise. As an option you can also add coconut milk.
