Preparation Method

Mix 6-7 teaspoon of rice powder with water and boil till it becomes a thick pulp. To 1 Kg rice powder, add 1 ground coconut/ tep cumin seed (crushed), 2-3 small onions (parts), 2 pinches of yeast and 6 teaspoon of pulp. Mix will to make a smooth batter (add water if required). Keep aside for 10-12 hours, add salt to taste and make appams.
